We produce washed designer jackets (680 GSM), seam-washed zip-ups (500 GSM), sherpa jackets (400 GSM), and plush fleece jackets (280 GSM). All fully customizable.
What is the heaviest jacket you can manufacture?
Our Washed Designer Jacket at 680 GSM is our heaviest outerwear piece, made from organic brushed cotton. We can also produce custom heavyweight outerwear up to this weight range.
Can you do garment-washed outerwear?
Yes. We offer garment washing, enzyme washing, stone washing, and vintage distressing for outerwear. Our Washed Designer Jacket and Seam-Washed Zip-Up both feature artisanal wash treatments.
