Where it all happens.
Our factory is in Barcelos, northern Portugal. We do everything here — cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, finishing. Nothing is outsourced. When you work with us, you talk to the same people who cut and sew your garments.
Production Capabilities
Cutting
Manual and automated cutting with optimized marker layouts for minimal waste.
Sewing
Full garment construction — from lightweight tees to heavy outerwear.
Embroidery
In-house embroidery: flat, 3D/puff, chenille, chain stitch, appliqué.
Screen Printing
Water-based, plastisol, specialty inks — glow-in-dark, puff, foil, flock.
Digital Printing
DTG, DTF, sublimation for unlimited colors and photographic detail.
Quality Control
Every piece checked for stitching, measurements, and finishing before packing.
Finishing
Garment washing, enzyme wash, stone wash, garment dyeing.
Packing
Custom labelling, hang tags, poly-bag, and carton packing to your spec.
Visit Us
We welcome factory visits and encourage brands to see where their garments are made. Our facility is in Lijó, Barcelos — approximately 40 minutes from Porto airport.
