Payment Terms

Standard: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% balance before or on delivery
Some factories offer credit terms for repeat clients (30, 60, or 90 days)
Be cautious of factories requiring 100% upfront payment

Lead Times

Confirm sampling lead time per round
Confirm production lead time from sample approval to delivery
