Definition

The systematic process of ensuring manufactured garments meet specified standards for measurements, construction, appearance, and performance. Quality control encompasses incoming fabric inspection, inline production checks, final AQL inspection, and laboratory testing. At White Cotton, QC is embedded in every stage of production — not bolted on at the end — because preventing defects is always cheaper than detecting them.
