Our factory is in Barcelos, northern Portugal. We handle everything — cutting, sewing, embroidery, finishing — under one roof. Printing is done by our trusted local partners. When you work with us, you talk to the same people who cut and sew your garments.

Why choose a clothing manufacturer in Portugal over China or Turkey?
Portugal offers the best balance of quality, price, and proximity for European brands. You get EU-compliant production with OEKO-TEX and GOTS certified fabrics, shorter lead times (no 30-day shipping from Asia), easier communication in the same timezone, lower minimum order quantities, and — once you are in production — the ability to visit the factory in person. Portugal's textile industry has centuries of heritage and a highly skilled workforce.
What garments can you manufacture?
We manufacture a full range of casual and streetwear apparel: hoodies (pullover and zip-up), sweatshirts and crewnecks, t-shirts and long sleeves, shirts (overshirts, flannel, button-down), outerwear (jackets, varsity, sherpa), and pants (joggers, cargo, shorts). We currently produce 38+ styles across these categories.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on garment type, fabric weight and composition, decoration techniques, and order quantity. We provide detailed quotations after receiving your tech pack or design brief. As a factory-direct manufacturer with no middlemen, our prices are 20–40% lower than agencies or trading companies. Volume discounts apply for orders above 200 units.
What certifications do you hold?
We source OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified fabrics, meaning every fabric we use has been tested for harmful substances. We also work with GOTS-certified organic cotton and BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) materials. Our factory follows EU workplace and environmental regulations, and we can provide full traceability documentation for every order.
Do you handle fabric sourcing?
Yes, we offer full-package manufacturing which includes fabric sourcing. We work with trusted European mills and can source organic cotton, French terry, fleece, sherpa, corduroy, denim, and more. If you have a specific fabric supplier you prefer, we can also work with client-supplied materials. We maintain a library of 15+ fabric types ready for sampling.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — factory visits are available for production clients. Once your samples are approved and bulk production is underway, we arrange a full tour of our cutting, sewing, and finishing departments. Our facility is in Barcelos, about 45 minutes from Porto airport.
Producing a first run? Manufacturing from 75 units covers small-batch production in detail.
