Cut and Sew
Definition
The process of creating garments from raw fabric — cutting pattern pieces from fabric rolls and sewing them together. Cut-and-sew manufacturing produces fully custom garments (as opposed to decorating pre-made blanks). Every garment White Cotton produces is cut and sewn in our Barcelos facility, giving brands complete control over fit, fabric, and construction details.
