Pre-Production Sample (PPS)

Definition

The final sample made with actual production fabric, trims, labels, and construction methods before bulk manufacturing begins. The PPS is the brand's last opportunity to approve or request changes — once signed off, it becomes the reference standard against which all bulk units are inspected. At White Cotton, we require written PPS approval before cutting any bulk fabric.
