Jersey Knit
Definition
The most common knit fabric in garment manufacturing — a single-knit construction with a smooth face and looped back. Jersey is lightweight (120-220 gsm), naturally stretchy across the width, and drapes well. It is the standard fabric for t-shirts, dresses, and underwear. White Cotton stocks jersey in organic cotton, conventional cotton, and recycled blends across multiple weight ranges.
